We are unbelievably excited to announce our first entirely Champagne-centred wine dinner at the Bottle Shop, hosted by Franck Moussié of Domaine Méa.

The evening will revolve around the incredible wines of our favourite Champagne Estate, whose Premier Cru Champagne ('Assemblage') is so good, that it has been on our wine list for two years (since March of 2023).

Formerly known as Champagne Guy Méa, the seven hectare estate has owned vines for over century in Premier and Grand Cru sites across the South West of the Montagne de Reims. It is now run by Guy's granddaughter Sophie and her husband Franck, who share in the winemaking.

The dinner will be an opportunity to taste the fruits of Sophie and Franck's hard work first hand. We will be showing their four most famous wines in the UK, as well as some special cuvées which are not currently available outside of France.

These incredibly culinary wines will be paired with a menu devised by our Head Chef James and the Beckford Bottle Shop kitchen team, which promises to be creative and delicious.

We will welcome guests at 7pm with a drink and a tasting, followed by a four-course tasting dinner, paired to match with Domaine Méa's wonderful wines.
