Local delivery
We offer free local delivery to addresses in Bath and within a 10 mile radius of our shop. For online orders, free local delivery will appear as a shipping option if your delivery address is within this radius.
We currently do a local delivery run every Saturday - if your order is placed before 5pm on Friday, we will aim to deliver it on the Saturday, stock permitting.
You can also opt to collect your order from our shop. We’re open Tuesday or Saturday and we’ll let you know when your order is ready for collection.
UK delivery
For all other deliveries, we charge a flat £7.50 regardless of order size. Free delivery is available for orders over £150. We use DHL and can ship to addresses on the UK Mainland, Scottish Islands and Northern Island.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
We aim to ship DHL deliveries within 2 days of your order, or on the next available working day as our shop is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Stock availability
If we’re short on any stock to complete your order, we’ll be in touch asap to advise on delivery times or arrange a suitable substitution. Within some of our mixed cases, individual bottles may vary slightly depending on availability.
Returns and refunds
We can accept returns for both faulty and non-faulty products - please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. Should you receive a wine that is corked or faulty, we will aim to find a resolution for you.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If your order goes missing, or is damaged, between dispatch and delivery, we will send you a replacement order as soon as we can or refund your order in full. If we are unable to dispatch replacement goods within 14 days, we will offer you a full refund. For these purposes, delivery takes place when products are left at your delivery address or with someone else in accordance with your instructions.
